攻堅(jiān)克難求突破,勠力同心勇創(chuàng)新
——鑫弘重工生產(chǎn)部成功創(chuàng)新船舶作業(yè)和調(diào)度管理方式
近期,公司生產(chǎn)部帶領(lǐng)船舶調(diào)度室、輪駁部、船塢涂裝車間,打破傳統(tǒng)的常規(guī)作業(yè)模式,首創(chuàng)在修船舶移泊方法,通過科學(xué)策劃、合理調(diào)度、密切協(xié)作,努力克服了天氣多變、離靠泊難度大等諸多不利因素,將“麥迪”“索娜星”兩輪同時(shí)捆綁拖帶,成功、安全地從6號泊位移泊到7號泊位。由此,不但節(jié)省了拖輪費(fèi)用,而且也縮短了移泊時(shí)間。
Recently, under the lead of the production department, the ship scheduling department, the barge department and the dock painting department broke the traditional routine operation mode, and innovated a new method of moving ships, through scientific planning, reasonable scheduling and close collaboration, spared no effort to overcome the changeable weather, the difficulty of berthing from the berth and many other unfavourable factors, tied and towed the two ships "MIGHTY SERVANT" ship and "SONA STAR" ship simultaneously, successfully and safely moved them from Berth 6 to Berth 7. This job not only saved the tugboat cost, but also shortened the moving time.
“渤海自立號”平臺,是公司本年度承修的第一條海洋工作平臺。針對相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的拖帶實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)匱乏,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,作業(yè)時(shí)間長,人力短缺,任務(wù)艱巨的不利局面,生產(chǎn)部負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)組織總管小組、船舶調(diào)度室、輪駁部、船塢涂裝車間塢臺班等部門的人員,結(jié)合潮汐、天氣等動(dòng)態(tài)信息,多次研討“平臺”進(jìn)廠的靠泊插樁、進(jìn)塢拖帶方案,適時(shí)調(diào)整了調(diào)度管理方法,制定了具體作業(yè)時(shí)間表,詳細(xì)分解落實(shí)每個(gè)步驟、每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié),責(zé)任到人。當(dāng)天在廠內(nèi)當(dāng)班引水員的指揮下,拖輪、塢臺班員工到達(dá)了指定位置,在克服了以上困難的同時(shí),還采取了有效措施,積極解決了潮汐、流壓對航道拖帶較難保持船位等不利因素,終于靠泊插樁成功。在最后的進(jìn)塢節(jié)點(diǎn),通過一天的充分準(zhǔn)備,避開了潮汐的干擾。在次日夜戰(zhàn)進(jìn)塢過程中,各部門、各工種協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),勇于拼搏,最終安全抵塢,確保了船舶修理的計(jì)劃進(jìn)度如期進(jìn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)了人力資源、信息資源 、管理資源與修船的物力資源配置效率最大化。
"Bohai Zili" platform is the first offshore project repaired by CUD shipyard this year. In view of the unfavorable situation of the lack of practical towing operation experience, high labor intensity, long working time, manpower shortage and arduous tasks of relevant practitioners, the responsible person of production department organized the general manager team, the ship scheduling department, the barge department, the dock painting department and other departments timely, combined with the information of tide and weather, discussed the berthing piling and docking towing plan for the "platform" into CUD shipyard for many times, timely adjusted the scheduling management methods, formulated the specific operation schedule, decomposed and implemented each step and detail and assigned responsibilities to individuals. On the same day, under the command of the pilot on duty in the factory, the tugboats and dock class staffs arrived at the designated position, and while overcoming the above difficulties, they also took effective measures, solved the unfavorable factors actively such as tide and flow pressure that make it difficult to maintain the ship's position during towing in the waterway, and finally made the ship berth and plant piles successfully. At the final docking time point, through a whole day’s preparation and the avoidance of tides disturbance, during the docking process of the mid-night, all departments and various persons cooperated together bravely, and finally the ship got into the dock safely, ensuring that the ship repair schedule was carried out as planed, and maximizing the allocation efficiency of human resources, information resources, management resources and material resources for ship repair at the same time.
“陽光總在風(fēng)雨后,烏云上有晴空。”“渤海自立號”的順利靠泊插樁并安全進(jìn)塢,“麥迪”“索娜星”輪同時(shí)捆綁的聯(lián)動(dòng)作業(yè),不僅深受船東好評,還極大地提升了公司相關(guān)部門員工海洋平臺的靠泊插樁進(jìn)塢,其他船舶捆綁拖帶移泊的作業(yè)方式和實(shí)操技能,為公司進(jìn)一步承接海工船舶維修業(yè)務(wù)夯實(shí)了基礎(chǔ)。

The smooth berthing and safe docking of "Bohai Zili" platform, as well as the coordinated operation of bundling "MIGHTY SERVANT" ship and "SONA STAR" ship, have not only been highly praised by the ship owners, but also greatly improved the berthing and piling docking skill of the offshore project of CUD shipyard’s relevant departments employees, and the operation mode and practical skills of other ships' bundling, hauling and shifting, which has laid a solid foundation for CUD shipyard to further undertake the offshore project maintenance business.
